Street food of India
India is famous for its street food, and it is as diverse as the country itself! Although some street foods are regional but there are some that have really transgressed the boundaries and are available throughout the country in different avatars. So you will never run short of the flavors or recipes to satiate your taste buds or curiosity!
What will you cook?
Manisha and Shafeya, our cooking teachers will explain you the recipes available with us so that you can choose to learn exactly what you want. Once the menu is decided, you will be involved in every step of the class, be it making the dough, or rolling the dough, or making the filling, or cutting and folding in particular shapes, you will learn everything hands-on.

Our teachers will patiently answer all questions and clear all doubts you may have about cooking these delicacies. At the end of the class, you get to enjoy these freshly prepared snacks with a hot cup of Indian tea in SITA garden.
Things to know
This short workshop of 2 hours is available on demand from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
Most of the recipes are vegetarian but you can ask for some non vegetarian snack items as well.
