Why don’t you learn how to prepare these dishes by yourself and return home to surprise your friends with a typical starter such as “Mimosa” eggs, followed by a delicious and hearty “boeuf bourguignon” and finalize with a sweet and decadent “mousse au chocolat”?

For each menu we will use only the products and ingredients available on the Indian market. This way, anyone in Pondicherry can do the recipes again. French cuisine will be accessible for all and will no longer be a secret for you.

Several menus are offered depending on the market availability and your wishes; there is something for all tastes, including a special vegetarian menu.
